Black Chamber of Commerce Incubator Program
- Offers some of the cheapest and largest offices as an incubator. There are a lot of existing companies that have been in the incubator for over a year and enjoy it very much. The prices are not listed on the website but the last time I was told about pricing it was around $375 for a cubicle and I believe less than double that for a private office.
